The Role

This is an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant with general graphic design skills to work for one of London’s fastest growing estate agents. Under the guidance of a Head of Marketing, you will be part of a worldwide team helping to create and manage creative marketing and advertising campaigns. In this role you will be supporting the marketing manager on a wide range of off and online projects and contributing ideas to help achieve marketing objectives. Other task you will be doing will be to participate in concept/briefing sessions in addition contribute to copywriting and social media content. Another set of task you will be doing will be to prepare print ready artwork to production specifications, act as a brand guardian with an understanding of the principles of brand management and the application of an appropriate visual identity that supports the brand.
For this job you need to be proficient at indesign, illustrator and photoshop. To show this you will have to have a balanced portfolio full of well thought out creative and solid design executions. You also have to be proficient in the use of MS word, excel, powerpoint and outlook to do this job.

  • Lease with other members of the team to ensure projects are on track and delivered to a high standard
  • Ability to act as a brand guardian, with an understanding of the principles of brand management and the application of an appropriate visual identity that supports the brand
  • Proven ability to understand and add to briefs to create clear compelling communications
  • Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility
  • The ideal candidate will be a keen collaborator with the ability to communicate ideas and justify design decisions

Skills Required

  • Great team skills and ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
  • Aged 18-24 years old
  • Ability to manage deadlines and confident to give honest feedback
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for clean design, and meticulous attention to detail

Weekly Wage


Salary: £10,400.00 /year
